Smart 50M Boiler Condensate / Cooling Water Monitor
Multiple optical sensors measures the combination of light absorbed and scattered by oil droplets in the sample stream. The sensor signals are read by a microprocessor which uses sophisticated algorithms to determine the concentration of oil and solids in the stream. The oil concentration is displayed on an alpha numeric display. A microprocessor drives a 4-20 mA current loop output which represents the concentration of oil. Two volt free alarms are driven when the oil concentration exceeds the set points. An Autoclean system is included to ensure the accuracy of the optical measuring system is maintained over extended periods of operation.

OCD XTRA - OIL IN WATER ANALYSER
The OCD Xtra combines multiple light wavelengths with multiple sensor technology, to measure oil accurately in the range 0-200 ppm, even in the blackest of produced water. Multiple oil types are automatically compensated for by sophisticated algorithms. The multi-parameter display shows the sample's oil content, turbidity, pressure and a graphical average of the last 4 hours oil readings. The last 7 days readings are stored in ROM and can be accessed from the help menu. Full on screen help is available to guide the operator during set-up and maintenance routines.

OCD CW OIL CONTENT MONITOR
The OCD CW is a low cost solution to simple cooling water monitoring applications. Designed for monitoring engine cooling water and fresh water systems. Boiler condensate can be also monitored with an optional cooler. With solids discrimination upto 50ppm the OCD CW provides repeatable accurate monitoring.
